I have been working out with Jackie for 6 years and it has been life changing.  When I began training with her I had three young children and had not ever lifted weights before.  She monitored my diet, always asking if I was eating enough protein, and got me off of fast food.  The change in diet also affected my children because they no longer eat fast food and we eat healthier in the house.  Jackie’s workouts are always different and she makes sure we incorporate all of our muscles during these sessions.  I look forward to seeing her two times a week.  Jackie gives me homework on days that I do not she her.  She has encouraged me to try yoga which I do once a week along with cardio on my off days.  I have lost fat and built muscle, and when I tried on an old dress two week ago, I was surprised with how big it was.  I have not lost weight but I am toned because of what Jackie does during these workouts.  I am so thankful that I have had the opportunity to know her because she is a personal trainer that truly cared about the people she works with.  She always gives 100%.  If I decide to run a race, Jackie incorporates education by giving me the article on how to train for it.  Anyone who would hire Jackie would be lucky to have her on their team.
