I have worked with Jackie Tadych, as a personal training client, since April 2010. During that time, Jackie has helped me achieve goals and accomplish physical feats that I thought were beyond my capabilities.
When I first began training with Jackie, I thought that I was in relatively good shape for a person in his early 40s. However, I had no idea how much work I had to do to get to the point of being in good shape, until I started working with Jackie! Throughout the time I have trained with her, she has helped me transform from a guy who thought he was in ‘relatively good shape’, to someone who understands the ongoing commitment it takes to be in truly good physical and cardiovascular condition. Through her training, Jackie helped me lose 3 inches off my waist in less than 3 months. This became a reality through her guidance in both exercise and diet.
The best testimonial I can give about Jackie is to say that I am alive because of her. Due to a rare blood disorder, of which I was previously unaware, I suffered a stroke in December 2010. Medical professionals commented to me that because I was in ‘good shape’ (a relative term, of course), I was able to survive the stroke. Had I not been training with Jackie over the previous 8 months, I would not have had the stamina or the physical ability to survive on that day. In fact, because Jackie had done such a spectacular job of training, I was back at work within a week and right back to training with her within a month of being hospitalized! It’s not an overstatement to say that I owe my life to Jackie.
Throughout the entire time I have been training with Jackie, she has exhibited the utmost professionalism. She is an incredible motivator and truly an inspiration who makes her clients and those around her better people. I wish I had more people in my business who have the drive, motivation, positive attitude, and client service skills that Jackie exhibits on a continuous basis. I highly recommend her, and I am confident that she will be an invaluable addition to any organization.
Very truly yours,
Jim Suttie
