Personal Training

A good personal trainer should be educated, organized, and a motivator.  Not only do I possess these qualities, but what sets me apart is my passion for Improvement.  I have a special bond with my clients that is very personal.  My philosophy is to mentally, emotionally, physically, and psychologically make an individual stronger in every part of their life, through exercise.  I have the ability to educate people how the mind and body work together.  I’m not afraid to push people to a different level, Once a persons weakest link is revealed, then I can then show them how to make that a strength.  In the end,  a person’s true capabilities are revealed, which go beyond what they ever thought they could possess.

Newcomers aren’t the only ones who benefit from personal training. Even avid gym-goers can find themselves hitting a plateau and no longer getting the desired results. A personal trainer can evaluate your current fitness routine and show you what you can do to energize your program and challenge your skill level.

Having over 15 years of experience in the training business, I train a vast variety of people with different goals:

– functional training to have better movement in everyday life
-regain flexibility and overcoming mobility limitations

Whatever your fitness goals,  your sessions are tailored to you getting results. You will get the one on one attention you deserve.  The exercise and diet plan I will design for you is meant to be a lifestyle plan, not an overnight fix. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase mobility, or build muscle, I will develop a program that will fit your lifestyle and give you all the tools necessary to gain discipline and achieve your goals. If you find that your fitness regimen is not yielding the results you had hoped for, I can reevaluate your fitness and nutritional plan and make modifications. No matter what stage you are at, together we will find success.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

All Fitness Levels.  Training with one or two other people.  The camaraderie increases compliance and makes it more fun in each training session.   Using Functional exercises to improve cardiovascular endurance, stamina, flexibility, power, speed and agility, coordination and balance.   Decreases the price of your workout without compromising the effectiveness.

ONE ON ONE PRIVATE 

One hour workout that is individually designed based on your fitness goals.  Learn to move more efficiently, prevent injury, improve balance and flexibility, build strength, and improve overall quality of life.

ETRAINING PROGRAM (ONE MONTH COMMITMENT)

Individually designed workouts.  Participants are held accountable for completing workouts by logging and tracking progress.  Have continuing access to expert advice and on-going support
